This policy describes how CREXO processes personal data in the context of this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What this site does not do
This site is static. It sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement tool, no advertising pixel and no third-party service.
The typeface is hosted on the site’s own server: no request is sent to an external server during your visit, and your IP address is not transmitted to any third-party provider.
3. Contact form
When you submit the “New project” form, the information entered (name or company, contact details, project type, goal and description) is sent to the site’s own server, which formats it and emails it to CREXO. It is not stored in any database and passes through no third-party service.
Your IP address and the time of the submission accompany the message: they serve only to limit automated submissions. A hidden field (“bot trap”) completes that filtering; it holds no data about you.
CREXO then processes this data for the sole purpose of responding to your request.
- Purpose: responding to a business enquiry and preparing a proposal.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and CREXO’s legitimate interest in responding to its prospects.
- Retention period: to specify — e.g. 3 years from the last contact.
- Recipients: CREXO only, together with its email provider specify: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, other. No data is ever sold or used for advertising.
4. Hosting
The site’s host may retain technical connection logs (IP address, date, pages requested) for security and server-operation purposes. Host: name and country of hosting.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
State whether any data is transferred outside the EU (for example via a US-based email provider) and what safeguard this transfer relies on. If no transfer takes place, replace this paragraph with an explicit statement to that effect.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@crexo.co.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority: the Belgian Data Protection Authority or your national authority — keep whichever applies.
7. Security
CREXO implements reasonable measures to protect the data it receives against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
