Terms of use

Last updated: DD/MM/YYYY

The highlighted areas must be completed before going live. This document governs use of the website; it does not replace the commercial terms of a service engagement, which are set out in the quote or contract signed with the client.

1. Purpose

These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for accessing and using the crexo.co website, published by CREXO, as well as visitors’ rights and obligations.

The site presents CREXO’s activity — a creative studio specialised in advertising, video, branding, design and AI-assisted content — and provides a form for getting in touch.

2. Acceptance

Browsing the site constitutes full acceptance of the Terms in force on the date of your visit. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the site.

3. Site access

Access to the site is free of charge. Connection and equipment costs remain the visitor’s responsibility.

CREXO strives to keep the site accessible at all times, without being able to guarantee it. Access may be suspended, restricted or interrupted, notably for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or force majeure, without such interruption giving rise to compensation.

CREXO reserves the right to change, modify or remove all or part of the site and its content, at any time and without notice.

4. Contact form

The “New project” form has a single purpose: allowing a visitor to describe their need and get in touch with CREXO.

On submission, the information entered is sent to this site’s own server, which formats it and emails it to CREXO. It is not stored in any database and passes through no third-party service. How this data is processed is set out in the privacy policy.

The visitor undertakes to provide accurate information and not to impersonate a third party. Sending a message constitutes neither an order nor a contractual commitment by either party: it simply opens contact.

CREXO reserves the right not to follow up on a request, without having to justify its decision.

5. Prohibited uses

The visitor must not, in particular:

  • use the site for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or purposes contrary to public order;
  • attempt to access, without authorisation, any non-public part of the site, its servers or its databases;
  • disrupt the site’s operation, notably through mass requests, the introduction of malicious code or any attempt to overload it;
  • extract, reuse or systematically reproduce the site’s content, including by automated means (scraping), without prior written authorisation;
  • use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising messages, mass commercial proposals, or abusive, defamatory or unlawful content;
  • use the site’s content to train an artificial intelligence model without CREXO’s prior written consent.

Any breach may result in suspension of access to the site and, where applicable, legal action.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the site — structure, text, visual identity, logo, the CREXO brand, images, videos, sound creations, typefaces, graphic elements and code — are protected by copyright and trademark law, and remain the exclusive property of CREXO or its partners.

No reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, modification or use, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, is permitted without CREXO’s prior written consent.

Browsing the site grants the visitor no licence or right over these elements, beyond a personal, private right of consultation.

Client trademarks, logos and creations shown are used for reference, with their agreement, and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. AI-assisted content

Some creations presented on the site or produced by CREXO may be made with the help of generative tools. These tools operate under human direction: the concept, selection, validation and final delivery remain CREXO’s responsibility.

The nature and extent of this assistance can be documented on request for each project.

8. Value of published information

The service descriptions, examples and case studies presented on the site are informational. They do not constitute a contractual offer in the legal sense and carry no commitment as to results.

Any service is the subject of a separate quote, setting out the scope, timeline, deliverables and price. Only that document, once accepted, binds the parties.

9. Personal data

CREXO does not sell, rent, exchange or transfer to any third party the personal data communicated to it, for commercial or advertising purposes. No data is used for profiling or resale.

The site sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement tool and uses no third-party service: the typeface is hosted on the site’s own server.

Details of processing, retention periods and your rights appear in the privacy policy.

10. Links to third-party sites

The site includes links to external platforms, including CREXO’s social accounts. These links are provided for your convenience.

CREXO does not control the content, practices or privacy policies of these sites, and disclaims all liability regarding them. Visiting them is subject to your own terms of use with those platforms.

Creating a link to the site is permitted for non-commercial use, provided it does not damage CREXO’s image and does not mislead as to the origin of the content. CREXO may request the removal of a link at any time.

11. Security

CREXO implements reasonable technical measures to protect the site and the exchanges it enables, including encrypted communications and rules restricting the execution of unauthorised content.

It nonetheless remains the visitor’s responsibility to use up-to-date, protected equipment. If you identify a security vulnerability on this site, please report it to contact@crexo.co before any public disclosure.

12. Liability

CREXO keeps the site up to date with care, without guaranteeing the permanent accuracy, completeness or currency of the information published.

To the extent permitted by law, CREXO’s liability cannot be engaged for:

  • unavailability, slowness or interruption of the site;
  • indirect damage, such as loss of revenue, customers, data or reputation;
  • use of the site that does not comply with these Terms;
  • the content of third-party sites accessible via a link.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, notably in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or harm to physical integrity.

13. Changes to the Terms

CREXO may modify these Terms at any time to adapt them to changes in the site or in the law. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your visit; the date of the last update appears at the top of the document.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by state: Belgian / French / other law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of CREXO’s registered office, subject to public-order rules applicable to consumers.

If CREXO also serves individual consumers (not only businesses), state here the competent consumer-mediation body — in Belgium, the Consumer Mediation Service. Remove this paragraph for a strictly B2B activity.

15. Contact

For any question regarding these Terms: contact@crexo.co.

Information about the site’s publisher and host appears in the legal notice.
